Our Mission

We aim to train and prepare local youth to access current jobs, careers, and education continuation programs in our city.

About Us

Leaders In Training is a WIOA year-round comprehensive youth employment and education continuation program intended to engage, expose, and train youth and young adults ages 14-24 in Southwest Detroit. The program offers job readiness and leadership training, work-based learning experiences, and paid work experience. Youth will participate in activities to help them connect their long term goals with educational and employment steps needed to achieve them.
